Ever played out something and then later wondered "What if?" Ever wondered what it'd be like to play your character a different way, but didn't feel like making a full thing dedicated to it? Now's your chance to play it out!
Using RNG you'll roll 1-3 for the level of the change, and 1-6 for the change itself, or if you want, pick your own based on what you wanted to do.
1) Small Change: The flap of a butterfly's wings can cause tsunami's on the other side of the world.
-1: "A minute too late"- What if you missed something by a minute, or more? You missed the big meeting, the girl, helping that person, all because you were too late, what happens next?
-2: "The nick of time"- Just like the first, only that instead of missing something you got, that if you got something you missed because you were either too late, or just messed up? Congratulations! Let's just hope it's what you really wanted.
-3: "A little too early"- One more, what if you showed up early? It's suppose to be a good thing, is it this time?
-4: "The other choice"- You had two choices, left or right, heads or tails, Coke or Pepsi, now you get to see what would have happened with the other choice.
-5: "Oops!"- You slipped up, and made a mistake. Is it bad, or a blessing in disguise?
-6: Wild card/Pick your own- Thought of a slight change that'd make all the difference, or had one you wanted to play? Here's your chance.
2) Medium Change: Didn't really see that coming, did you?
-1: Turning point change- That one thing that would have turned things in your favor went against you, and vice versa. How will you handle this critical change?
-2: "A Razor's edge"- That one moment that could have went either way has gone the opposite way of before. Is this a good thing, or a bad thing?
-3: Crossroads- You reached a point in your life where you had several choices before you, now's the time to go down another road and see where it leads.
-4: The Road less traveled- "Two roads diverged in the woods, and I took the one less traveled" Will it make all the difference?
-5: Interference- Something blocked you from getting something you were going for. What do you do once the moment is gone?
-6: Wild Card/Pick your own-Thought of a medium change that'd make all the difference, or had one you wanted to play? Here's your chance.
3) Large Change: Why do all the people here have goatee's?
-1: Good/Evil- Use to be a good guy? Welcome to the dark side, here's your cookie. Former bad guy? Hand over the cookie tray and join the side of good. How will the change of moral compass change you?
-2: A different person- You're now a completely different person, literally. Are you taller? Shorter? A robot? A pony? Powers? No powers? Your call.
-3: The other sex- Rule!63 is in effect. Now how does this effect your relationships with the other?
-4: A change in history- Something that happened in the past now has completely change or is now gone. One domino toppling the rest. Now that you've changed your past, how will it effect your future?
-5: Giving up- You walked away from something important to you? Do you regret it? Are you happy?
-6: Wild Card/Pick your own- Thought of a large change that'd make all the difference, or had one you wanted to play? Here's your chance.

She felt like she was made of rubber as she slid into one of the dresses she'd bought the night before, loose and relaxed and very, very pleased with herself as they came to the breakfast table. Only to find herself blinking owlishly at... "Heero?"
He was staring at his plate like it was the most interesting thing in the world as he grunted in greeting.
no subject
Duo dropped a hand onto her waist and looked over her shoulder to see that, yes, that was Heero at the table. Trowa and Quatre were there too, but it was only Heero who wasn't looking at them. Which was damn weird.
"Uh... did we miss something?" Duo asked, totally confused.
"Just in time, you two." Trowa called over, his smile was very suspicious to Duo. "We've some new for you both."
no subject
"We've decided to make things official," Quatre said lightly. "Since you two were already here, I sent for Heero... we want to keep it simple, but it just wouldn't be the same without all three of you here."
no subject
"About damn time!" Duo lifted a hand to Trowa without even looking, the slap of the others hand against his in a most serious high five rang out. "Congrats! When's the big day?"
"A day this week. We still have a few things to organise so you'll have to keep yourselves entertained until then." Trowa replied with a knowing smile.
no subject
Wufei looked between Trowa and Heero, and very slowly started to impersonate a tomato. "Congratulations," she replied, almost numbly, as her gaze dropped to her own empty plate. "The room we're in isn't soundproofed, is it?"
A firm shake of his head was all Heero could manage.
no subject
"Grow up." Duo rolled his eyes. Trowa damn near choked on his cereal.
"We're not teenagers, Yuy. We're gonna get married. One day might even have kids! So don't be a damn prude. We've nothing to be embarrassed about." And Duo wasn't. He was happy and he wasn't going to let this ruin that.
no subject
It was one thing to say there was nothing to be embarrassed about, but Wufei couldn't quite get herself to not care the way Duo seemed to be able to. But she did shoot him a grateful little smile. "Well, at least we have witnesses to tell the elders we've..." she cleared her throat. "Consummated the relationship."
no subject
He didn't want anything to ruin his good mood. But he was having a hard time not feeling judged by Heero and he found he really didn't like it at all.
"You sure have." Trowa looked amused. "We can have you moved to a more suitable room if you two would prefer?"
no subject
"I would appreciate that," Wufei agreed, slipping her hand into Duo's once he joined her. "As much as I enjoyed myself, I would prefer if only Duo was able to hear it."
"I'm not offended," Heero replied dryly, and thanked the gods when the food was brought out. A blessed distraction.
no subject
It wad Duo's turn to almost choke now, laughing as he took Wufei's hand in his. "Guess a new room can't hurt then." He'd prefer it if he was the only one who heard her too. Or himself. Especially if people were going to get weird like Heero.
no subject
Having them hamming it up actually helped Wufei relax a little, shaking her head as she thanked a servant for her plate of food and decided to focus on that instead of how awkward things had been.
no subject
"Trowa! Dammit you're gonna kill me!" this time Duo, lulled into a false sense of security, had tried to drink some water. And choked again.
Trowa's just looked smug.
no subject
"I'm not even sure I'd know how to fake it," Quatre said, ready to pour gasoline on this fire. "It's not as though my brain is actually functioning at the time. How can it when you make those faces at me?" He scoffed.
"See? It's not just me," Heero said, jabbing his fork in Duo's general direction. "You don't wanna know about their sex life, I don't wanna know about anyone's." Not even his own, some days.
Which only had Wufei laughing again.
no subject
"I never said I don't wanna know, but you accidentally hearing something isnt the same as us running over and tellin you all the sordid details, Yuy. You don't wanna know, fine." He just wouldn't tell him a gods damn thing. Wufei could deal with him from now on.
Trowa raised a brow and sighed." Relax, Duo. At least he only heard something. Just be lucky Wufei is nice. Unlike my beloved who is attempting to out my O face to our closest friends." He was trying to help defuse the situation and was gratified when he got a laugh from Duo. It would do.
no subject
Wufei just shook her head. "Let's just talk about something else, shall we? Like when we're going to squeeze your wedding into our fully booked itinerary of relaxing and lounging around," she suggested.
"Well, we have to file for the license today, but they should have it ready to go by tomorrow," Quatre offered lightly. "Tomorrow at sunset?" he looked to his love.
no subject
Maybe he'd apologise later to Heero. But right now he was on edge. Duo was already nervous that he was being judged for his marriage to Wufei. Now he felt like he was being judged for his relationship with her. He couldn't fathom why Heero had such a strong reaction to hearing what he had, knowing what he did. A normal person would have just walked past or, like Trowa and Quatre, teased him. Getting grumpy...?
Duo went quiet then and just focused on eating.
"Tomorrow at sunset is perfect." Trowa, with a smile, leaned over and pressed a kiss to Quatre's lips. "I'd marry you right this second if I could."
no subject
Quatre returned the kiss and beamed up at him. "I love you," he said softly, the softest, sappiest smile in the world on his face as he did.
Leaning towards Duo, Wufei dropped her voice to a playful stage-whisper. "Are we that gooey together?"
no subject
Duo looked up when Wufei spoke and glanced over where she was looking, his smile softened and gaze returned to hers. "I hope we can be." After all, they'd only admitted their feelings for each other the night before. They still had time to be that 'gooey' with each other.
no subject
She smiled warmly at that reply, and hummed in agreement. "I'm going to have to get used to public affection. It's not very common in my culture," but she didn't want to keep her love for him so hidden. And she had the distinct impression that she was going to enjoy the gooey stuff a lot.
no subject
However, he then remembered all the times she'd held his hand and leaned all over him over the last several days. Or kissing him at the night market. Maybe she wasn't as bad at public displays of affection as she claimed?
Trowa didn't mind being a broken record. But he smiled, stole a last kiss and then pulled back away from Quatre so that he could finish his breakfast.
"So plans for today include lounging around, hm?" he glanced across the table at the others. "Why don't you three go do something together?"
no subject
Quatre hummed happily into that last kiss before digging into his own breakfast with gusto. "Our gardens are lovely, and there's a water park not far from here. You'll need to be diligent about the sunscreen," he warned.
Glancing up at Duo and Wufei, Heero took a few seconds to consider. "That sounds nice." He didn't bring swim trunks, but it wouldn't be hard to find a place selling them near a water park, he didn't think.
no subject
He planned to marry her after all. They could take their time with the rest, it would all fall into place he was sure.
"Uh, yeah. Water park sounds good. Never been to one..." Theme park, sure. He'd tried his hand at that. But never a water park. And he could imagine this place did things a bit more extravagant than he was used to.
no subject
"I need one, too," Heero agreed with a nod.
no subject
"Guess we make a pit stop on the way there." He decided, since they all needed something.
"We can let you take one of the cars. That should get you around well enough." Trowa smiled up from the coffee he was sipping at. "Though if I remember correctly, you can buy swimsuits at the park. It's been a while since we were last there though."
no subject
"I'll drive," Heero offered between bites. "I've passed the water park a few times before," when he'd been driving Relena.
"And while you're doing that, we'll go file for our license, maybe arrange for some flowers for the ceremony, and meet you there," Quatre offered lightly.
