Wufei slid the dishes over when Duo reached for them, turning to watch him work with a thoughtful hum. "Sounds like a good way to test the waters," he agreed easily. "And if I do go stir-crazy it won't be so long that you'll want to kill me before we get back," he was teasing, mostly. He had enough self-control not to be annoying, even if he was going out of his mind with boredom. The nightmares were more likely to be a problem than anything else. "How much work do we need to do on her before she's space-worthy? Or are you down to the cosmetics now?"

I just expected to go up and be up there for a while, so wanted all those creature comforts I'd need to make it bareable." and now that he had Wufei along for the ride, Duo was thinking about what else he could need.
