"I did, but I need to do this first." Tachibana carefully grabbed the front of Chitose's shirt and kissed him. He had been holding it in the entire walk home.

What was all this being careful for? Chitose kicked the door closed behind him, grabbed Tachibana's hips and pulled him flush against him. "... Was worth the wait." He spoke before kissing him again, deeply.

Mostly, Tachibana was a romantic, but Senri's pace was fine by him. He returned the kiss in earnest, hands roaming across Senri's chest. "Absolutely worth the wait." He said, his voice husky with want. "No need to hold back now."

Romance was all well and good. He loved romance. He could be romantic himself when the time called for it. But right then he really kind of just wanted Tachibana in his arms, if only for a moment.

He curled his arms around Tachibana, one sliding up his back while the other remained around his waist. "Regret not kissing you sooner... Should have told me how good you were." Chitose grinned and kissed him again. Then again. Laughing happily. "You're amazing."

Tachibana laughed against Chitose's lips. "To be fair, I didn't know I was a good kisser." He didn't really go around kissing people.

He was enjoying being in Senri's arms. He'll, if he could, He would stay there all night. He did, however, promise Senri food. "Still hungry?"

"Now you know." Chitose didn't know how Tachibana could have gone his whole life without knowing but it was fine. He was happy to get all of these kisses for himself.

"Yeah, I could eat. Means I have to let you go, huh?" He sighed dramatically and with near comical reluctance he let Tachibana go. "Later. More later."

Tachibana gave Chitose one last kiss before separating from him. "We have all the time in the world, Big Guy." He laughed before slipping out his shoes and heading to the kitchen.

"Yeah we do." He answered cheerfully and followed suit by removing his own shoes and padding off after Tachibana to the kitchen. "Anything I can help with?"

Tachibana grinned as he unloaded some vegetables onto the counter. "Chop chop!" He laughed as he went to gather ingredients for the roux he would be making.

Chitose laughed and went to get himself a knife. Chopping was fine with him. It was something simple and easy to do. Peel and wash and chopping up the veggies to Tachibana's specifications.

With Senri helping it wasn't long before the apartment was filled with the delicious aroma of their dinner. When it was at a point that Tachibana could sit and wait, he went to make drinks.

"Thanks for the help. It should be done shortly."

"Always happy to lend a hand." Chitose laughed as he dried his hands on a tea towel and then dropped himself down into a chair at the table. "Smells so good too!" as was proven a moment later when his stomach growled.

Tachibana laughed. "I heard that." He said, walking over to wrap his arms around Chitose's shoulders. "I'm going to make myself broke, keeping you fed."

Chitose grinned, grabbed Tachibana by the waist and pulled him down into his lap. "I'll make it worth your money though."

Tachibana laughed as he was pulled into Chitose's lap. "Will you, now?"

"You doubt my ability?" Chitose asked, somehow managing to sound hurt even though he was grinning.

"Doubt you? No." Tachibana wrapped his arms around Senri's shoulders. "Just curious as to what you have in mind."

Instead of answering, Chitose brought a hand up to cup the back of Tachibana's head and pulled him down to kiss him slowly and deeply. It was a start. A good start. Kissing Tachibana was quickly becoming something he wanted more and more of.

There was no suppressing the moan that boiled from his throat. Tachibana was more than happy to return the kiss, arms locking tighter around Senri. After letting himself get lost in Senri for a few moments, he smiled against the taller man's lips. "Good start."

Damn. Maybe he shouldn't have started this. That moan... That moan was so good. They kissed, Chitose kept his arms securely around Tachibana's waist to keep him safe in his lap.

"Mm... for now, yeah. Call it a down payment. More later." Chitose promised with a grin.

Tachibana let out a husky chuckle, stealing one more kiss. "Your priorities are very clear, Sen. You don't want dinner to burn." Still, he could accept a down payment. For now.
